Who I am as your coach
I’m compassionate, direct, and fueled by a genuine love for seeing people step into their full potential. I bring a quick sense of humor, creative problem-solving, and steady, high-energy encouragement to every session. Consider me your biggest advocate—here to help you unearth your core strengths, tackle the hard work with lightness, and build strategic, realistic solutions that bring clarity and joy back to your path.
My approach
Collaborative, experiment-driven coaching—testing lightweight systems, iterating on what works, and dropping what doesn’t without judgment. Less chaos, more joy is my ultimate goal for every client. If you’re navigating a life transition, home or career burnout, workplace friction, or habit and routine hurdles, we will work together to build practical systems that fit your reality.
About me
I bring both extensive professional experience and real lived perspective to my coaching. I spent nearly 20 years managing teams, portfolios, and projects inside a high-demand, complex organization. I am PMP-certified, trained in administration, strategy, and policy, and currently completing my ICF- and PAAC-accredited certification in ADHD and life coaching.
On a personal level, I am late-diagnosed ADHD and live in a neurodivergent household. Having spent years white-knuckling through high-pressure roles, career shifts, and burnout, I understand the practical realities of managing work alongside the shifts in energy and priorities that come with parenting, perimenopause, and elder care.
Outside of coaching, you can find me reading, writing, gardening, traveling, cooking, searching for the perfect latte, making bad art, starting (and abandoning) new hobbies, and attempting to get through an entire day without cursing.
